Green Tea Pink
I recently started using Green Tea Pink.
I really like it! It tastes great, and I have lost about 5 pounds since I started using it about two weeks ago. My favorite burst of flavor is the very first taste, right at the very beginning before it has been in the water for too long.
Zone Pilates
Like I said I have really liked it and I like the benefits of it. I started to work out at the same time. I purchased Zone Pilates a few years ago before we got pregnant... between that and my Elliptical I lost my desired 25 pounds or so before we finally got pregnant... It is well worth its $10-15.
Motivation
Since the boys have been born, I have not really had a lot of motivation or desire to work out... desire, but not enough to compel me. So at the same time I started drinking the Green Tea Pink, I started being better about doing the Zone Pilates at least three times a week...
Change Is Hard
It is really hard to form a new habit intentionally. The ones that we don't think about and jsut happen are a lot nicer to deal with until we have to change them. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, does that mean that if I work out three days a week that it will take me that much longer to form a habit?
Children Form Habits Every Moment of Every Day...
I was telling my husband that it is especially hard for little people to change and form new habits, for the better or otherwise, so while we are only on day 13 of the sleep training, it will be a few more days until they are content with the changes that we have made.
Quick Sleep Sense Update
They are doing great with it BTW. They go down for naps pretty great these days. And General Potty seems to be the one who takes the longest to get to finally calm down at night for bed... he was the one that would lay right down and go to sleep before. But I realized that he was laying down and going right to sleep to me rocking and singing Sargent Potty to sleep. The things we sometimes don't realize we are doing.
Forming Beneficial Habits
So back to the forming of habits :)... I found this kind of interesting article on Forming Habits if you are interested... I am trying really hard to get into a good habit and be a good example to my family. The boys are really cute when we go down to work out together and are pretty good until the ten minute mark. The work out is only about 13 minutes or something like that.. So I get an extra ab and bun work out when they climb on me and I am trying to do my crunches and/or my pelvic tilt.
In Conclusion
I have found these things to work incredibly well together and I hope to always be forming positively good habits individually and with my family. I hope you find and share something you love too.
