So let's say that your neighbor is the nicest person on earth. :)

However they have a cat or a dog that seem to think that your yard is their litter box.

Your other neighbor is equally nice and you really enjoy talking to them... But they got some noisy birds that they keep in their back yard and you know they are not zoned.
